2. No Financial Advice or Guarantee

The information and analysis presented within Instiscan AI do not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Stock market trading and derivatives contracts (Futures & Options) involve substantial risk of capital loss. Past algorithmic performance does not guarantee future results.

3. 3 Din Ka Free Trial & Subscription Terms

New users are granted a 3-day complimentary full-access trial upon Google sign-in. Following the trial, continued access requires purchasing a Monthly or Multi-Month PRO plan. Plan activations are processed via manual email confirmation at instiscan@gmail.com.

4. User Account & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Account sharing or unauthorized data scraping is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination.

5. Limitation of Liability

Instiscan AI and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential trading losses or damages resulting from the use or inability to use this platform.
